Eligibility

- Fall: Students entering Pre-K in the fall semester or over 5 years old

- Spring: Students who attend Kindergarten or are over 5 years old

- Unregistered continuing students

Registration Date

New Students Students ONLY. Early registration will be available for all continuing students. The announcement will be notified separately.

Fall registration: Early June

Spring registration: Early December

 

Registration Process

All new students will take the placement test (no test for Kindergarten 1 students). After that, registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration Priority

1st Priority: Continuing students enrolled early

​

2nd Priority: New siblings of continuing students who enrolled early

​

3rd Priority: All new students and unregistered continuing students

 

Placement Test and Class Assignment

1) All new students need to arrive at the school by 9 am on the first day of the semester to take a placement test. They will be assigned to a Korean class based on their test result and school grade. However, there won't be a skipping grade even if they advance their Korean proficiency.

2) New kindergarten 1 students in SPRING:  If their Korean proficiency is not the same as the existing students, we won't accept them in the spring semester. Please register for kindergarten 1 class in the following fall semester.

Registration Fee

The registration fee for each semester is as follows:

Korean class $180, special activity class $40 (Please refer to the table below for details.)

Please note that you can register for the Korean class only, but a special activity class can not be registered alone. (Registration fee may change in the future.)

After the registration, please pay the registration fee on the church website Online Donation Page >>  Regular registration closes in 3 weeks after the semester starts.

Sibling Discount

There is a $20 discount for each additional child when siblings/sisters register together.

Refund of the Registration Fee

Registration fees are non-refundable once the semester begins. However, if the registration is canceled within the first week of the semester due to special circumstances, 80% of the payment will be refunded. However, there is no refund after 2nd week of the semester.
