This is a guideline for In-person class from March 19th, 2022.

1. Please submit your student Covid-19 vaccine card by email to the school by March 15th. Please submit to the school email hkmccks@gmail.com with the file name in the form of “Student Name (Korean)_Korean Class”. If your child is not vaccinated, you can either submit a negative result within 48 hours or bring an antigen test kit to the school testing on the same day. If you do not submit the result sheet, you will not be able to participate in the class.

2. When students go to school, they go to school through the front door. Parents are responsible for ensuring that students enter through the school gates after temperature checks. Teachers and student assistants provide temperature checks and hand sanitizer at the door when students arrive at school. If the thermal reading is above 100.4°F, it will be returned home.

3. Students each bring their own water bottle to use during their stay at school. After entering the room, water and bags are placed in a row on one side of the classroom, but only study-related items are taken to the seat. Also, if a student wants to drink water, bring a water bottle and go out to drink after confirming with the teacher. Please have an extra mask in the bag. Hand sanitizer is provided in each classroom, but it is welcome to bring your own.

4. Use of Restrooms - For restrooms, students are required to use the restroom on the side marked with the Hangeul class sign. There will be a grade sign at the entrance to the restroom.

5. Recess Playground Use - Playing on the playground during recess hours is permitted. When returning to the classroom, wash hands and return to the classroom under the guidance of a teacher’s assistant.

6. If your child/children is/are diagnosed with the COVID after attending school on Saturday - Please notify the Korean school. The school will also inform about close contact for both the Korean class and the extracurricular class.

7. Snacks are not provided while on campus. Please help us to have a healthy breakfast before coming to school. Upon dismissal from the Hangul class, each class will hand out snack bags.
